Terms of use for electronic and printed books

Printed and e-books are for the personal use of the buyer only. Purchased e-books can only be used in e-book readers owned by the buyer.

• It is prohibited to transfer, lend, sell, license or transfer e-book files to any third parties.

• It is forbidden to allow third parties to use the e-book in any way.

• Unprotecting an e-book is prohibited.

All intellectual property in the contents of printed and e-books is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, reproduction in any form and form and use of printed or e-books or parts thereof in any manner other than as specified in the Purchase-Sale Rules and applicable laws and regulations may violate intellectual property laws.

If the buyer misuses (without complying with these terms and conditions) the printed or e-book, the buyer shall indemnify the publisher, the seller and / or third parties for any direct and indirect losses incurred as a result. All such persons have the right to make such a claim to the buyer at any time, as the terms of this agreement remain valid for the entire period of use of the book or e-book and for as long as the publisher, seller and / or third parties are duly compensated.
