Warranty and return
According to Item 17.4 of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Approval of Retail Trade Rules (approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, wording of Resolution No. 738 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 22 July 2014), good quality book are not taken back and the money for them is non-refundable.
If you notice that the publications are of poor quality after receiving the order, please notify us immediately by e-mail. by e-mail email@example.com or by phone 8 (5) 268 71 84. We will change a low-quality product to a high-quality product at our own expense. Partial compensation or a refund of all money paid can only be claimed if the returned goods are in exactly the condition you received - in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and without losing their commercial appearance, or if the goods cannot be replaced.
We guarantee the return of all money paid, including delivery costs. When returning the goods, you pay only the direct costs of returning the goods.
No refunds will be given for goods that have been damaged intentionally or through negligence, or that have been used improperly or improperly.
