We currently deliver goods to Lithuania, the European Union and other countries around the world. The goods are delivered by our partners UAB Samus (https://www.samus.lt).
In Lithuania, there are two delivery methods: delivery to the nearest post office (€ 3.63) or home delivery (€ 6.05). You will select the desired method during checkout. When ordering home delivery, it is necessary to indicate the mobile phone (and door code, if any). When you order a delivery to the nearest post office, you will pick it up at the nearest post office. Attention! - when ordering delivery to the nearest post office, you will not receive sms messages or calls. You will receive information about the parcel waiting in the post office in your mailbox (not to the e-mail, but to the mailbox). Delivery to Neringa is subject to an additional fee of 25 €.
We deliver to the European Union (€ 7.26) and other countries (€ 12.10) via the international postal system - you will be able to pick up parcels only at the nearest post office. You will receive information about the parcel waiting in the post office in your mailbox.
Delivery of goods that require non-standard packaging (for example, special tubes used for maps) is more expensive - you will see the exact price when you start the payment process.
Packaged goods are picked up every Tuesday and Thursday until noon.
Shipments are delivered all over Lithuania on working days from 8 am to 5 pm. You will receive the goods within 4-7 working days from the payment, if we have the goods in stock. We deliver to European Union countries within 6-9 working days, to other countries - within 9-15 working days. Terms and conditions of delivery by postal services may vary from country to country.
We only deliver complete orders to the customer.
The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Publisher. In this case, we will immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the delivery of goods.
The publisher is released from liability for non-delivery of the goods if the Buyer has provided incorrect delivery data or was not at the agreed address provided at the time of ordering at the agreed time. If the product cannot be delivered to the Buyer 2 times, the product is returned to the seller.
When accepting the order, check the condition of the shipment and sign the delivery-acceptance document of the shipment. If you have any observations or remarks about the packaging or quantity of the goods, please inform the courier representative at the time of delivery. If he notices that the packaging of the delivered consignment is damaged (wrinkled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must mark this in the delivery-acceptance document of the consignment. If signed without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered intact.
When picking up the goods in the Publisher's warehouse
You will be informed about the product ready to pick up by e-mail, and only then you can come to pick up the goods at Akademijos st. 4, Vilnius, and only during these working hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 4 pm. ATTENTION! During quarantine, goods cannot be picked up from the Publisher's warehouse.
