Jolanta Saldukaityte in 2011 defended her PhD thesis at Vilnius University, Lithuania
on Thinking of Difference in Heidegger and Levinas. She is co-organizer
of the Levinas Philosophy Summer Seminar, has published several articles
on Levinas’s philosophy, especially in its relation to the thought of
Martin Heidegger. Her research interests include phenomenology and
ethics. She is teaching philosophy at the Vilnius Gediminas Technical
University and the Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences.
