Rasa Ruseckienė

Rasa Ruseckienė completed studies of English language and literature at Vilnius University. She holds a PhD in Germanic Studies from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia (1991). In 1991–1993 she studied Icelandic at the University of Iceland, and between 1993 and 2003, she worked as a lecturer at the Scandinavian Department, Vilnius University. Currently, Rasa Ruseckienė resides in Scotland, UK, where she works as a literary translator as well as a Modern Languages teacher at an independent school in St Andrews. She collaborates with the Centre for Scandinavian Studies of Vilnius University, contributing to its publications.
